Matcha powder is notoriously difficult to handle. It stains everything, it rusts easily, it blows all over, and it's packaged only in sacks and tins. But no more! Today, I went to school with just one single serving of Matcha. I (gently) tore open the foil and shook the contents into a bottle of water - Instant Pick-me-up! I was literally nodding off before, and then felt upright like a bamboo shoot. And no stains; no tin to carry back; no left-over matcha to oxidise each time I took a spoonful. Problem solved.
