Jasmine Green may be the most suitable tea to pair with a meal. Naturally, you have tried a Jasmine Green before now, at nearly every Chinese restaurant, but this selection differs in its aroma and sensory weight, which come from being 10-times scented with true Jasmine Flower. This process consumes 3 kilos of Jasmine for each 10 kilos of premium Green Tea, and takes about 50 days from start to finish. The green tea itself is the competition grade green tea, not low quality leaves. Our selection is the top quality jasmine green tea you cannot find elsewhere!
Character:
The result is a breathtaking flood of Jasmine essence, so much smoother and more luxurious than that the rather thin monochromatic notes encountered in many coffee-shop teas. We assure you, it will be impossible to buy another cup of tea outdoors, and you will be compelled to carry 75 grams with you wherever you go, as do we. Luckily, our teas come with a complementary ReSeal Clip, patented in Taiwan by people who care about fresh tea.
Preparation:
As always, start with the lightest most neutral water you can find. It doesn't need to be filtered, but it can't be hard water or overly mineralized. It should be boiled to only 75c, though people who enjoy a bitter cup can use 100c.
As this tea is not rolled, it will brew in under 20 seconds directly in the cup. Remove the leaves at this point. When the liquor is an earthy brown color, you have likely reached the edge of your caffeine tolerance. Though the kick of this tea is steadier than coffee, you can still expect an extremely heightened mental state. Let cool to 45c before taking first sip.
