Please read carefully on the name sticker on the foil bag before you open it. We cannot accept returns on opened teas, but we do the utmost to ensure your tea arrives fresh, in a vacuum-seal, cushioned in packing peanuts, and boxed in hard cardboard. However, if you found your purchased items are not correct or shipment does not arrive, you can request a return or refund.
Please follow the steps to request a return or refund:
1. Send us an email to email@example.com within 30 days after your purchase.
2. If the shipped items are not correct, please dispatch back to the address on the parcel at the most economic way of shipping. We will pay you back the shipping fee.
3. If the parcel lost tracked and doesn't deliver to you, please allow us two week to check with the post office. If we confirm that the item has lost on the way and no tracking result back, we will give you full refund.
4. We only accept items which are intact, meaning the foil bags and tea bags are not opened.
